FAQs

What makes you different to other gyms?

With our gym you become part of a community you will have a dedicated coach at every session ready to guide you through your program and help teach you any movements you may be unfamiliar with. We also write your program which changes every 6 weeks depending on your goals.


How can you coach everyone?

We limit our session sizes to 8 (we very rarely hit that). This allows us to make sure everyone can get through their session without waiting for equipment and is a number manageable for the coach to keep an eye on everyone. Unlike most gyms that rely on a high turnover of members to survive, we rely on a low number of members staying with us for a long time.

How do I track my progress?

With our dedicated app you can upload progress photos, body measurements (including skin folds if you want) as well as weight tracking. This app is also where we put your 6 week program with instructional videos and all the information you need. All you have to do is fill in the blanks, we do everything else for you. You will also get an automated pop up every time you have done something better which is great to share on your social media pages!

Can I try it out?

Of course! You are more than welcome to come down and have a free personal training session to see what the gym is about and how the whole thing works. We won’t go through any sales stuff with you as we don’t like it and would rather concentrate on the coaching. We will instead follow up with you in the days after your session to see what you thought.

When can I train?

At the minute our sessions run on evenings Mon - Fri only but we are hoping to add in daytime and weekend sessions soon. You book on to a 1 hr slot and your membership includes up to 4 sessions per week. You don’t need to stick to the days/times each week so the sessions are flexible around you.
